1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mentoryna services offered at Mentoryna.site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

Mentoryna provides personal growth and mindset training sessions delivered by qualified coaches. Services include one-on-one coaching, group workshops, and live interactive events focused on developing resilient mindsets and effective personal strategies.

3. Information Products

Mentoryna’s information products consist of digital courses, e-books, and video tutorials designed to support ongoing personal development. Access is granted upon successful purchase, and content is delivered via secure online platforms.

4. Goods

Physical products such as printed workbooks and training materials are available for purchase. These items are shipped from our offices in Toronto.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees for services, information products, and goods are listed on Mentoryna.site. Payment is required at the time of booking or purchase. Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.

6. Cancellation, Refund and Rescheduling Policy

Services: You may cancel or request a reschedule at least 48 hours before a scheduled session. If canceled 48 hours or more in advance, you are eligible for a full refund via the original payment method within 10 business days. You may also reschedule once at no additional charge, subject to coach availability. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are not eligible for refund, but you may request one reschedule if space permits.

Information Products: Due to the digital nature of these products and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final. No refunds are provided. We recommend reviewing product samples and descriptions before completing your purchase.

Goods: Physical items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Products must be in original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact us via contact form. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of our receipt of the returned item.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and materials provided by Mentoryna are the exclusive property of Mentoryna. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mentoryna’s total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service, information product, or goods giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
